Kundalini Activation is a session of deep relaxation and nervous system work, during which the body naturally begins to release accumulated tension.

• visualize or analyze anything
• try to achieve a specific result

Each person’s experience is unique, but people often notice:

• deep physical relaxation
• gentle movements, trembling, or warmth in the body
• emotions arising — or, on the contrary, a state of inner stillness
• a decrease in the flow of thoughts
• a feeling of “I am here, and I’m okay”

You may feel a lot — or almost nothing. Both are completely normal.
